Help at Home is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities, in their homes and communities in Mississippi. Starting pay ranges from $13 to $15 per hour with weekly pay.

Qualifications

At least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Successful background check and required training.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients' homes and communities.
Compassion, reliability, and a desire to make a positive impact.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities, in home and community settings.
Assist with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, personal care and transportation.
Encourage participation in social and community activities.
Help individuals achieve personal goals and celebrate progress.
Document care, activities, and progress.
Communicate with the care team to ensure consistent support.
