Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers and close sales at the cash wrap, while promoting ongoing brand engagement. This role combines in-store consultations with in-home design guidance to create personalized spaces and drive store performance.

You will showcase product knowledge, stay informed on promotions, and provide premium service across channels including gift services and special orders.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, clienteling and customer follow-up skills.
• Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders across sales channels.
• Experience in working with elements of design preferred.
• Proven ability to prioritize and multitask.
• 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in one-on-one consultations in store and in-home to drive store sales.
• Perform in-home consultations including measuring and assessing living spaces.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs, style, and living space.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to meet and exceed goals.
• Assist customers with special services including gift wrap, gift registry, orders, and furniture deliveries.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge across the design studio assortment.
