Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers and close sales at the cash wrap.

You will conduct one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home, create design plans, and help customers through gifts, registry, and special orders, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and ongoing engagement with the brand. You will promote world-class service, stay informed on promotions, and collaborate to exceed sales and productivity goals while maintaining deep product

Qualifications

• Strong communication and clienteling skills are required.
• Proven ability to deliver personalized service and drive sales.
• 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers one-on-one in-store and in-home to drive store sales
• Conduct in-home consultations including measuring living spaces
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and space
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions to achieve sales goals
• Provide exemplary service including gift wrap, registry, special orders and deliveries
• Demonstrate product knowledge of the design studio assortment
