West Shore Home in Charleston, SC is seeking a driven Design Consultant to join our in-home sales team. You will meet with homeowners, present our remodel solutions, and guide customers through a one-call close process with warm leads.

This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and a year-end bonus program. A valid driver's license and smartphone are required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Formación

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to connect with customers quickly in-home.

Responsabilidades

• Present West Shore Home products to customers in-home.
• Guide customers through a one-call close sales process.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
