Job summary

West Shore Home, a technology-driven home improvement company, seeks a Design Consultant in Columbia, SC. You’ll be an in-home sales representative delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements for remodel products.

You will operate on a rotating schedule (Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Tue–Sat 9:00 AM–7:00 PM), work with warm leads, and pursue an uncapped commission and bonus program. First-year earnings can reach $200K+ with experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum sales experience preferred; open to recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual Spanish/English awareness is encouraged; strong communication skills required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a smartphone to access company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1–2 Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Weeks 3–4 Tue–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process; no cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
