West Shore Home is seeking a Design Consultant to join our Columbia, SC team. This role focuses on in-home consultations, guiding customers through a personalized one-call close sales process to secure agreements for baths, flooring, windows, and doors.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience; retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles acceptable.
• Must have a valid smartphone to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

• Bilingual Spanish/English candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1–2 Mon–Fri; Weeks 3–4 Tue–Fri (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) & Sat (9:00 AM–2:00 PM).
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set; focus on selling.
• Sales appointments are about 2 hours each.
