West Shore Home is seeking an in-home Design Consultant in Columbia, SC to present high-quality remodeling options and secure customer agreements. You will operate on a rotating schedule, deliver a personalized sales experience, and leverage warm leads to drive closings.

The role emphasizes a strong customer focus, sharp communication, and the ability to thrive in a quota-driven environment with substantial earning potential.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly connect with customers in varied environments.
• Competitive drive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience or experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Must own a smartphone or device to access company systems (two-factor authentication).

Responsibilities

• Present West Shore Home solutions to customers during in-home visits.
• Follow a monthly rotating schedule with variable Mon–Fri / Tue–Sat hours.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a one-call close sales process.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
