West Shore Home in Charleston, SC is seeking a Design Consultant to serve as the primary in-home sales contact, guiding customers through our sales process to secure agreements for baths, flooring, windows, and doors. Work a rotating schedule, attend weekly trainings, and leverage warm leads with no cold-calling.

The compensation package features a competitive base, uncapped commissions, and an annual bonus program, with potential to earn $200K+ in the first year.

Qualifications

• The ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment
• Previous sales experience; open to grads from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
• Must have a valid smartphone to log into company systems using two-factor authentication
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Bilingual Spanish/English is encouraged

Responsabilités

• Engage customers during in-home visits to present products and close sales
• Lead a personalized one-call close sales process with warm leads
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set
