West Shore Home in Richmond, VA is seeking a Design Consultant to be our in-home sales advocate. You will leverage warm leads to guide customers through product selections for bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors, delivering the West Shore Home sales method.

This role follows a rotating schedule Mon-Fri 9-7 and Tue-Sat 9-7 with some weekends; includes two-hour sales appointments, team trainings, and a one-call close process.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to quickly connect with customers in any environment.
• Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience; open to grads from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Must have a smartphone to log into required systems with two-factor authentication.

Aufgaben

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule; 9:00 AM–7:00 PM during Weeks 1–2.
• Tues–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM during Weeks 3–4.
• Lead in-home sales appointments about 2 hours each.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a one-call close sales process.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
