West Shore Home is seeking an in-home Design Consultant to serve as the primary contact for customers, delivering our sales method to secure agreements for bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. The role is based in Virginia Beach / Chesapeake with a rotating schedule and a focus on warm, pre-set leads.

Expect a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and a bonus program; first-year earnings can exceed $200K. Comprehensive benefits and ongoing training support career growth.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to quickly connect with customers in person.
• Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience but strong fit from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into required systems using two-factor authentication.

Aufgaben

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule (Mon–Fri 9:00–19:00; Weeks 3–4 Tue–Fri 9:00–19:00 and Sat 9:00–14:00).
• Sales appointments ~2 hours each; attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
• Deliver West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements.
