Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Design Consultant to drive in-home sales of baths, floors, windows and doors. You will work on a rotating schedule across Mon-Fri and Tue-Sat shifts, meeting clients in homes with pre-set warm leads and a consultative closing approach.

You’ll be part of a technology-driven, national home-improvement company offering competitive base pay, uncapped commissions and a first-year earning potential up to $200K+.

Qualifications

• Minimum sales experience; customer-facing roles welcomed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver West Shore Home’s sales method to secure customer agreements.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions.
• Manage in-home consultations with a warm, pre-qualified lead basis.
• Follow the rotating schedule and operate during evenings and weekends as posted.
• No cold-calling; focus on closing warm leads and product solutions.
