Job summary

West Shore Home, a tech-driven home improvement company, is seeking a Design Consultant in Houston to advance in-home sales of bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. You will engage customers using our sales method to secure agreements, leveraging warm leads with no cold-calling.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, a competitive sales drive, and the ability to connect quickly with customers. The role offers a rotating schedule and uncapped commission with top earners exceeding $200K.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly connect with customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Competitive drive to succeed in sales.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Previous sales experience or background in retail/hospitality/customer-facing roles.
• Smartphone with company-required 2FA access.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule.
• Weeks 1–2: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.
• Weeks 3–4: Tue–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• Sales appointments about 2 hours each.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a one-call close sales process.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
