Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Design Consultant to join our in-home sales team. You will deliver the West Shore Home sales method, secure customer agreements, and guide homeowners through remodeling options for bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors.

We offer a rotating schedule, competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, a first-year earning potential up to $200K+, robust benefits, and opportunities for growth across 40+ locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum sales experience; experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is acceptable.
• Ability to connect quickly with customers in home visits.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• Attend team meetings and training workshops; manage in-home remodeling discussions.
