Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers and help close sales through one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home. You will bring the shopping experience to a seamless close and promote ongoing engagement with our Brand.

You will present design plans, demonstrate knowledge of products, and ensure world-class service across multiple channels, while supporting sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.
• Experience with design elements or home decor preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in one-on-one consultations to design living spaces and drive store sales.
• Conduct in-home consultations including measuring and space assessment.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and space.
• Stay informed on current sales and promotions to meet sales goals.
• Provide world-class service including gift wrap, registry, orders, and deliveries.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of the design studio assortment.
