Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers and close sales at the cash wrap. You will conduct in-store and in-home consultations, measure living spaces, and present tailored design plans to fit clients’ needs and spaces.

You will promote ongoing customer engagement, manage multiple tasks, and leverage product knowledge to drive store sales while delivering world-class service. This position emphasizes availability, mobility on the sales floor, and teamwork.

Formación

• 1–2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.
• Experience in design or home décor sales is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients in-store and in-home consultations to drive sales
• Accurately measure and assess living spaces for design projects
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and space
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions to achieve sales goals
• Support customers with gift wrap, registry, orders, and deliveries
• Demonstrate product knowledge across the design studio assortment
