Job summary

West Shore Home in Columbus, OH is seeking a Design Consultant to lead in-home consultations and guide customers through a one-call close sales process. You will present our remodeling solutions for bathrooms, flooring, windows and doors with a customer-focused approach.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, a year-end sales bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Schedule rotates Mon-Fri and Tue-Sat, with weekday evenings and weekend hours as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of sales experience or relevant customer-facing background.
• Ability to quickly connect with customers in person.
• Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home presentations of West Shore Home products and services.
• Guide customers through a one-call close sales process.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions.
• Schedule and conduct sales appointments on rotating shifts.
• Maintain accurate records in required systems.
