West Shore Home in Denver, CO is seeking a Design Consultant to drive in-home remodeling sales. You will be the primary contact for customers, presenting our bathroom, flooring, window and door options and guiding them through a personalized one-call close sales process.

The role features a rotating schedule (Mon–Fri 9:00–7:00 and Tue–Sat 9:00–2:00) with team training, no cold calls, all leads pre-set, and uncapped commissions plus bonuses. Top earners can surpass six figures in the first year.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly connect with customers in a professional manner.
• Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Bilingual Spanish/English encouraged; English proficiency required.
