West Shore Home in Columbus, OH is seeking a Design Consultant to act as the primary in-home salesperson for remodel projects across bathrooms, flooring, windows and doors. You will apply the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements.

The role requires a rotating schedule, participation in weekly trainings, and delivering a personalized one-call close. Strong communication and customer-facing skills are essential.

Formación

• Prior sales experience is preferred but grads or those from retail/hospitality/customer-facing roles have succeeded.
• Able to quickly connect with customers in-person and over the phone.
• Comfort with a rotating schedule and long appointment windows.

Responsabilidades

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule (Weeks 1–2: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM).
• Sales appointments are about 2 hours each.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• No cold-calling or lead generation; all leads are warm and pre-set.
