Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Design Consultant in Cincinnati, OH to drive in-home sales for bathrooms, flooring, windows and doors. You will work a rotating schedule with on-site visits and warm, pre-set leads, focusing on a personalized one-call close sales process.

Ideal candidates have prior sales experience, a strong drive to succeed, and the ability to connect with customers. Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to rapidly build rapport with customers.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow a rotating schedule with weekly shift variations.
• Meet with customers for in-home product demonstrations.
• Lead a one-call close sales process with warm leads.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions.
• Collaborate with customers to tailor solutions and close deals.
