Job summary

West Shore Home, a technology-driven home improvement leader, is hiring a Design Consultant in Columbus, OH. You will be the primary in-home contact, guiding customers through our sales process and securing agreements for bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors.

Expect a competitive base salary with uncapped commission and an annual Net Sales Bonus. Leads are warm and pre-set, with no cold-calling, and a rotating Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends to meet customers' needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual Spanish/English encouraged; English reading/writing proficient.

Responsibilities

• Present West Shore Home products during in-home visits.
• Manage a warm pre-set lead flow with a one-call close approach.
• Attend weekly training and team meetings.
• Follow a rotating schedule with evening and weekend hours.
