Job summary

West Shore Home, located in Columbus, OH, seeks a Design Consultant to deliver in-home sales for our remodeling solutions. You will meet with customers, present options for bathrooms, flooring, windows and doors, and guide them through a close using our sales method.

The role features a rotating schedule, base salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses, with first-year earnings up to $200K+. Training and growth opportunities are provided in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly connect with customers in person
• Competitive driven with a track record in sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have a valid smartphone and be able to log into company systems

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule (Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM, Weeks 3–4 include Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM)
• Schedule of sales appointments with ~2-hour duration
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops
• Guide customers through a personal one-call close sales process
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set
