Qualifications

• In-home sales experience or retail/sales background preferred.
• Ability to quickly connect with customers and build rapport.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable smartphone for apps.

Responsibilities

• Deliver West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements.
• Manage in-home visits on rotating schedule.
• Attend training and weekly team meetings.
• Guide customers through a one-call close sales process.
• Operate with warm lead flow; no cold-calling.
