West Shore Home in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an in-home Design Consultant to serve as the primary contact for customers, guiding them through our sales method to secure agreements for remodel products.

The role offers a rotating schedule and warm leads with no cold-calling, plus competitive base pay and uncapped commissions. Expect strong earning potential with performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Proven ability to connect with customers quickly in an in-person setting.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles such as retail, hospitality, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Meet customers in their homes to present West Shore Home products and services.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Work with warm, pre-set leads—no cold-calling.
• Follow a rotating schedule: Mon-Fri and Tue-Sat shifts, with ~2 hour sales appointments.
