Job summary

West Shore Home in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Design Consultant to join our in-home sales team. You will present bathroom, flooring, windows and doors remodel options, guide customers through a one-call close, and manage warm leads with a rotating schedule.

The role offers uncapped commissions with first-year earnings up to $200K+, plus comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, and PTO. Prior sales experience is helpful; bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience or equivalent (retail, hospitality, customer-facing roles) preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and guide them through a close sale.
• Must have a valid smartphone and reliable log-in to company systems with two-factor authentication.
