Legacy Service Partners is seeking a Comfort Consultant to drive in-home sales of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. You will meet with homeowners, assess needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals while meeting revenue targets. Expect performance-based pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will collaborate with installation teams, manage customer relationships, and stay informed on product trends and financing options to deliver value and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential in-home sales.
• Strong sales track record with targets.
• Technical knowledge of residential systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident, persuasive presenter who explains concepts clearly.
• Customer-centric mindset and integrity in dealings.
• Proficient with CRM software and sales tools.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• In-Home Sales: conduct consultations to understand needs and present tailored solutions across assigned trades.
• Needs Assessment: perform on-site evaluations and develop accurate proposals.
• Solution Presentation: explain features, benefits and value, address concerns with empathy.
• Proposal and Agreement Management: prepare detailed proposals and contracts per company standards.
• Pipeline and Follow-Up: manage a sales pipeline and document all activity in CRM.
• Installation Handoff: collaborate with installation team for smooth handoff.
• Relationship Building: develop relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Market and Product Knowledge: stay current on trade products and financing options.
