Job summary

GEM Plumbing & Heating is seeking a Comfort Advisor to travel to lead-generated appointments and provide prompt price quotes. You will cultivate client relationships, pursue new opportunities, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Use tailored On Call Air software to meet clients' needs, coordinating with teams for a seamless handoff from sales to installation. This role rewards performance with a base plus commission structure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in a sales role.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks, sometimes for multiple projects.
Problem solving abilities to correct challenges for best results.
Prior sales experience is a plus.
Experience with software such as Service Titan and On Call Air is highly preferred.
Prior experience in the construction industry a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to explore new business opportunities.
Provide customers with prompt and accurate price quotes, showcasing latest technologies and financing options.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales-to-install handoffs and an exceptional customer journey.
Communicate targets with Sales Reps/Comfort Advisors and share best practices.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management.
