Job summary
The Plumbing & Air Service Co. is seeking a dynamic Home Comfort Advisor / Outside Sales Professional to join our team in Kernersville, NC. You will work with homeowners, present and recommend equipment, and close deals that enhance home comfort.
Training is provided; prior HVAC, plumbing, or electrical experience is not required. You’ll collaborate with service technicians to tailor options and will travel to customer sites to build relationships and grow sales, with strong earning potential in
Qualifications
- Electrical background required.
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals.
- Strong ability to build relationships with customers.
- Proficient with PC and sales tools/CRM.
- Willing to travel to customer locations for meetings.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Present and recommend equipment and service options to homeowners.
- Turn warm leads into paying customers and close deals.
- Collaborate with service technicians to tailor solutions for homes.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and referrals.
- Travel to customer locations for in-home meetings.
