Job summary

GEM Plumbing & Heating Services, LLC seeks an HVAC Sales Representative to drive revenue through in-home consultations, building client relationships and identifying new opportunities. You will present tailored HVAC solutions with financing options and coordinate with internal teams for a seamless customer journey.

The role requires collaborating with Comfort Advisors, delivering quotes, and reporting on sales performance while maintaining flexibility for evenings and weekends to meet customers

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in home services preferred.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to explore new business opportunities.
• Provide customers with price quotes and financing options.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless handoffs in the sales-to-install process.
• Engage with Comfort Advisors to communicate targets and share best practices.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via phone and email.
• All appointments conducted in-home to tailor solutions.
• Proactively prospect to generate 10% of leads.
