CareLinx by Sharecare is recruiting experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients in Brooklyn, NY. You set your availability in the CareLinx app, and our team matches you with clients that fit your schedule and goals.

This is a 1099 contractor role with part-time/per-diem shifts. Eligible caregivers enjoy flexible scheduling, app-based task documentation, and support from the CarePartner team to help find the right matches based on

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant education/certification.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Must pass a background check.
• Program-specific training or medical clearance may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and non-clinical care.
• Document tasks and timesheets via the CareLinx app.
• Monitor client condition and report changes to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Respect client privacy and dignity at all times.
• Coordinate with the CarePartner team for client matching and updates.
