Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is a nationwide caregiver registry placing experienced caregivers in non-clinical, in-home roles for health plan members and private clients in Williamsburg, VA. You set your availability in the CareLinx app, and matches are handled to fit your schedule and goals.

As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll work alongside the CarePartner team to secure consistent schedules, stay engaged via the app, and deliver compassionate care in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilinguals encouraged.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment.
