Qualifications

• 6+ months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual applicants encouraged
• Reliable transportation to client homes and ability to pass a background check
• Program-specific training and medical clearance may be required depending on assignment

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing, and light housekeeping
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app
• Communicate with CarePartner about updates or changes in client needs
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure a secure home environment
