CareLinx by Sharecare is hiring experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients in your area. You’ll use the CareLinx app to view shifts, manage availability, and communicate with the CarePartner team.

Competenze

Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant education/certification.
Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app.
Able to communicate in English; bilinguals encouraged.
Reliable transportation to client homes and pass background check.
Must meet any program-specific training or state requirements.

Mansioni

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and light housekeeping.
Complete and document care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
Communicate with CarePartner regarding updates or client changes.
Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times.
