Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is seeking experienced in-home caregivers to provide non-clinical support to health plan members and private clients in the Woodbridge area. This role is performed on-site in clients' homes and offers part-time or per-diem hours through a 1099 contractor arrangement, with scheduling managed via the CareLinx app.

CareLinx emphasizes flexible match-making, autonomy in choosing shifts, and a focus on dignity, safety, and client privacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets).
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers encouraged to apply).
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Additional shift opportunities (based on client needs): transportation and errand support; hospital discharge escort; telehealth navigation.
