CareLinx by Sharecare is a nationwide caregiver registry that matches you with clients in your area for in-home, non-clinical care. You control your schedule via the CareLinx app, choosing steady shifts or per-diem opportunities while we handle the matching.

We're hiring experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical in-home care to health plan members and private clients in your area. If you're passionate about helping others and value your time, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets).
Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers encouraged).
Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team.
Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes.
Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment.
Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
