Caring for Others, a Portland-based in-home care provider, seeks a centralized care coordination and branch operations lead. You’ll be the hub for Clients, families, Caregivers, Case Managers, and partners, ensuring high quality support and compliant processes.

This role emphasizes scheduling, assessments, billing support, and staff training, with an emphasis on HIPAA compliance, accuracy, and teamwork. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or a client-facing service role preferred.
• Proactive communicator with strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and compliance principles; accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 5-star service on every call as the hub for Clients, families, Caregivers, Case Managers, and partners.
• Coordinate care services for timely, consistent delivery to Clients at home or by phone.
• Develop individualized service plans and conduct initial and ongoing Client assessments.
• Manage authorizations and balancing activities to support billing accuracy.
• Support staffing to minimize overtime and ensure coverage of scheduled shifts.
• Maintain Branch compliance and licensing documentation.
• Lead weekly Caregiver New Hire training and prepare intake materials.
