Caring for Others, an in-home care provider, is seeking a Branch Manager in Portland, OR to run full Branch operations, drive growth, ensure HIPAA-compliant care, and deliver exceptional service to Clients and Caregivers. Qualifications

• Experience in home care, healthcare operations, or Branch-level management preferred
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
• Meticulous attention to detail in documentation, compliance, and recordkeeping

Responsibilities

• Lead full Branch operations with accountability across all staff and functions
• Coach and develop Branch staff through daily leadership, feedback, and accountability conversations
• Drive growth through relationships with Clients, families, referral partners, and the community
• Oversee Caregiver scheduling for full Client coverage and high-quality service
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements across the Branch
• Lead Client onboarding and service planning; ensure accuracy in authorizations, billing, and shift reconciliation
