Job summary

Senior Helpers of Richmond is seeking a motivated Business Development & Sales Representative to expand our in-home care services by building partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and senior care facilities in the Richmond area.

The ideal candidate will travel regularly, engage with healthcare professionals, and promote the benefits of our care programs through relationship-driven outreach. Strong communication skills and healthcare outreach experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, marketing, or healthcare outreach.
• Familiarity with the in-home care or broader healthcare industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Visit healthcare facilities and referral sources to establish relationships.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with healthcare professionals and facility administrators.
• Promote in-home care services and communicate the benefits of our care programs.
• Identify new business opportunities and referral sources within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular facility visits and follow up with potential referral partners.
• Represent Senior Helpers at community and healthcare networking events.
• Maintain records of facility visits and partnerships.
• Collaborate with operations and care teams to support referrals and growth.
• Meet established business development and referral goals.
