The Business Development Manager will shape strategy, mentor teams, and push for high-quality client care while maintaining efficient operations across the office. An entrepreneurial mindset is preferred and a proven track record in home care sales is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior care sales or business development is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and manage partnerships and revenue growth.
• Strong business sense with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategies for new and existing partnerships, joint ventures and/or alliances.
• Negotiate to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement strategies for high-quality client care and efficient use of resources.
• Ensure optimal client satisfaction and experience.
• Oversee staffing and recruitment to meet business needs.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local compliance practices.
• Adhere to company policies and administrative processes.
• Monitor competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
