Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking a Direct Care Coordinator to recruit, hire, and manage in-home caregivers for clients enrolled in Medicaid programs. The role supports intake, referrals, and day-to-day operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality service delivery.

The position emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, community outreach, and staff development, with bilingual ability preferred in various locations.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred.
• Previous experience serving individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Combination of education and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and schedule caregivers to meet clients’ in-home care needs in compliance with regulations and Managed Care Organization (MCO) program rules
• Assist with daily intake and referral processes to ensure positive business growth and development
• Promote cohesiveness in the office environment
• Support day-to-day operations and client advocacy
• Collaborate with stakeholders regarding the delivery of services
• Provide backup personal care services to Medicaid members in their homes as needed
• Staff new client referrals and open client shifts with available agency caregivers
• Market services to referral sources and monitor deliverables and projects
