Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network in Austin, Texas seeks a Service Coordinator Supervisor to oversee Medicaid clients, coordinate in-home care in line with regulations, and lead intake/referral processes. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance, and promote services to referral sources while maintaining client advocacy and quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Rehabilitation, Nursing, Sociology or Related Field preferred
• 3 years experience working with individuals with disabilities or the elderly preferred
• Leadership experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, if needed, to meet the job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a caseload of clients enrolled in Medicaid programs
• Oversee in-home care needs in compliance with Federal/State Regulations, MCO program rules, and contract requirements
• Lead intake and referral processes to ensure positive business growth and development
• Provide leadership and training to other staff
• Market services to referral sources
• Coordinate workflow and deliverables
