The position offers meaningful work with clients, requiring strong organizational and communication skills, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license. Prior caregiving is a plus, with flexible scheduling and health benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to handle paperwork accurately with office software.
• Compassionate, patient, reliable and detail-oriented personality.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete paperwork and documentation related to client services, including data entry and filing.
• Support scheduling, communications, and office organization to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily living activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and transportation.
• Help clients develop and maintain independent living skills in their home environment.
• Collaborate with other Care Coordinators and staff to promote client well-being.
