Job summary

Accra in Minnesota is seeking a Budget Coordinator for our Financial Management Service to support families using in-home care programs. You will assist in creating and coordinating budgets for clients in Medicaid, ensuring adherence to Federal/State regulations and MCO rules.

You will liaise with care teams, social workers, county case managers, and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate budgets and documentation while protecting client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Two years of experience in a similar position.
• Familiarity with basic accounting practices and principles.
• Experience with waivered services, CDCS, and state plans is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist families with creating and coordinating budgets for in-home care needs.
• Maintain and coordinate a caseload of clients enrolled in Medicaid programs.
• Ensure budgets comply with Federal/State Regulations and MCO program rules.
• Collaborate with consultation providers, social workers, care coordinators and county case managers.
