Job summary

ACCRA Management Group LLC is seeking a Supervising Professional to organize and oversee direct care services for participants qualifying for home care. You will develop participant service plans with input from the Participant's Representative and assess needs, ensuring safety and quality across services.

You may train staff, supervise delivery of care, and stay updated on Minnesota regulations while collaborating with teams to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background study with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Excellent organizational, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage direct care services for participants.
• Develop participant service plans with input from PR and assessment document.
• May assist with care delivery competency trainings and train/supervise staff as needed.
• Ensure quality assurance of direct care services and stay updated on policies.
• Participate in meetings and committees to enhance services for clients.
