Job summary

Aalto Home Care is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to serve as a key point of contact for clients and staff in our Minnesota office. The role includes payroll and billing support using Caretap, staff scheduling, and coordination of client intakes.

The position requires supervisory experience in programs serving vulnerable populations and a Minnesota DHS-245D qualification. In-office schedule, with opportunities to contribute to growth and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Requires Minnesota DHS Designated Manager qualification per Minn. Stat. §245D.081.
• Bachelor's degree plus 1 year direct care experience or equivalent combinations.
• 3 years supervisory experience in a care/education program for vulnerable groups.
• May require 50 hours of related training and education.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients, families, referral coordinators, and case managers.
• Support billing and payroll processes with EVV/clock-in-clock-out system.
• Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and day-to-day staff support.
• Coordinate client intake meetings and tours.
• Maintain compliant client and program documentation.
• Support growth initiatives and community outreach.
• Provide interpretation support when needed.
• Assist leadership with administrative tasks for operations.
