Aufgaben

• Perform residential installations, service changes, and disconnects following safety rules and codes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues from the network to customer equipment.
• Install and support basic home networks using coaxial, Ethernet, and Wi‑Fi.
• Verify service quality using testing tools and adjust for reliable performance.
• Educate customers on products, services, and equipment use; set expectations.
• Document completed work and update customer accounts digitally.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and equipment; report safety concerns promptly.
• Operate ladders, hand tools, meters, and light power tools safely.
• Work at heights up to 26 ft on ladders, roofs, poles, or bucket trucks as needed.
• Lift and carry equipment up to 70 pounds; work in crawl spaces or attics near electrical sources.
• Drive company vehicle with a valid license.
