Job summary

Proud Moments ABA seeks Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA services in clients' homes Monday through Friday, 3pm–7pm. You will work with BCBAs to implement individualized plans for children aged birth to 21, collect progress data, and train families on plan execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD is preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement treatment plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support families with training on treatment plans implemented by BCBA/LBA.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and other parties.
• Assist with physical activities as needed to keep pace with children.
