Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1, in-home ABA services to children from birth to 21 in a flexible part-time role. Staff work closely with BCBAs to implement treatment plans, collect progress data, and train families.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and a passion for helping children with autism. A supportive team environment and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality awareness required.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Ability to follow instructions and document information accurately.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically assist and keep pace with children during sessions.
