Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1-1 specialized treatment in clients' homes, under the supervision of BCBAs. This role supports families and helps implement individualized behavioral plans.

Ideal candidates bring a passion for working with children, reliable work ethic, and strong communication. Flexible part-time hours with evening/afternoon availability, training provided, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD preferred.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• HIPAA confidentiality awareness and compliance.
• Ability to stand, move, and stay organized during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes of the treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Physically engage with clients during sessions (movement, lifting 25+ pounds, mobility).
• Complete any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
• Follow scheduled hours: Mon-Fri 4pm-7pm, Sat 9am-12pm or 9:30am-12:30pm.
