Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide in-home, one-on-one ABA support for children from birth to 21. You will work with BCBA-approved plans, collect progress data, and train families on treatment plans in a home-based setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to home-based locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support families in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with activities that require moving around and physical activity during sessions.
