Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team. You will provide 1-1 individualized ABA treatment in clients' homes under the supervision of BCBAs. This role offers flexible part-time, evening, and afternoon hours and paid training to support effective treatment delivery.

You’ll help families implement plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with a supportive, team-based environment while building meaningful skills for children aged 2–15.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD preferred.
• Reliable transportation to commute to work locations.
• Confidential handling of client information per HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in the home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Assist with activities requiring physical effort with children aged 2–15.
